Greetings!

My name is Tiffany, owner and Chef for Eleven 07. I am born and raised in Houston, Texas and have a strong background in the food industry.

I truly believe that you are what you eat and there Should not be one set menu that fits your needs. Creating an eclectic pallet of entrée choices has always been something I’ve been passionate about for as I have over 20 years of cooking experience. My passion is food! 

From a very young age I was introduced to cooking from my late grandmother Gertrude, which is where the name “Eleven 07” was created from. Being taught the foundation of growing and caring for the freshest ingredients from basic gardening skills to learning how to properly prepare amazing food that influenced my life. 

Since a young age I knew I wanted to create entrées that everyone would love as much as I do.  Not to mention, my love ones who are currently actively serving in the United States Military have inspired me in many ways unimaginable. I’m proud to say that I’ve been given opportunities to serve our brave troops some of their favorite meals and I feel extremely honored to bring a piece of home by preparing some of their favorite foods.

Each entrée all begins with an idea and is made with some of the freshest ingredients. From our scratch made dry seasoning blends to the freshest herbs used daily. Eleven 07 takes pride in everything made and you will definitely know it was made with pure love.
